The Albrighton Moat and Gardens is committed to genuine inclusion, and has made considerable efforts to increase the level and quality of disabled and special need participants' involvement in creative sessions. Nature and the outdoor environment of the Albrighton Moat and Gardens inspire all our cultural and creativity projects.

The benefits of Creative Crafts

Creative Crafts give participants with physical and learning disabilities begin to overcome the challenges they face in many different ways.

Creative crafts give participants the opportunity to express themselves by doing something that is absorbing and enjoyable, whilst developing problem-solving skills, which can be used outside the course.  The arts offer individuals with learning disabilities dynamic ways of learning, and just as importantly, a way to fully discover their own self-worth.
